Refund policy
At Olkastore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we recognize that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. Please familiarize yourself with our refund policy outlined below:
We operate under a 7-day return and exchange policy, providing you with the opportunity to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
You are required to ship the parcel back to our official address for assessment. Upon review, we will either approve or reject the return based on the condition and reason for the return.

When sending the parcel, kindly mention your name as the receiver and include the order ID for reference purposes.
If your return application is approved, you will receive a partial refund, calculated as the total COD amount minus the delivery fee (either Rs. 200 or the respective applied amount).

- You will receive an email confirmation when the Return Request is completed
Return Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- You will receive a FULL REFUND or a Partial Refund if you benefited from FREE DELIVERY (total COD amount minus the delivery fee of Rs. 250 or the respective applied amount).
- The refund will be automatically credited to the bank account specified in your return application within 10 business days.
- Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
- If more than 15 business days have elapsed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@olkastore.com.
Notification of Non-Validation:
If your returned product does not meet the criteria for return validation, you will be informed as follows:
- If the quality check department rejects your return request, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange for the item(s) to be returned to you.
- We will manage the delivery arrangements on your behalf.
- Please note: We will attempt delivery of the product to you twice. Kindly ensure that you are available at the specified address during the delivery times.

Damages and Issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received the incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately within 24 hours. This will allow us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly by providing a free exchange if applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care items (such as beauty products or items intended for one-time use). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item due to breakage, missing parts, incorrect size, or color discrepancy, simply contact us at support@olkastore.com.
At OLKASTORE, exchanges are hassle-free:
Furthermore, we will arrange for the package to be picked up and sent back to us via courier for exchange. The courier will reach out to you prior to arrival at your address. All you need to do is ensure that the package is prepared for collection by our courier team in exchange for the replacement item.
